“Thousands to inspect furnished ‘Charm Home’”
This illustration — a 1920s-era real estate advertisement — hangs in our kitchen. A local gentleman gifted a copy from his family archives. (The man’s father, a banker, acquired original residence and street renderings as a financier of our neighborhood’s development.)
It’s my “why” and inspiration.
Tangible and distinctive, the drawing captured a finite moment in time and evokes meaning for a limited few — the current homeowners.
Such is the essence of Charm Home Books.
